CloudEdge Ltd. (“CloudEdge” or the “Company”) respects the privacy of the customers and users of its services (the “User”) and makes efforts to treat their privacy with respect.
This privacy policy provides information regarding the manner in which CloudEdge collects, uses, processes and shares personal information (“Personal Information” or simply “Information”) about the users of the CloudEdge’s website and services, including ancillary services provided by it through online/digital and other means, including browsing the website and using the company’s applications (the “Services”) and constitutes an integral part of the website’s terms of use and constitute a binding agreement between the User and CloudEdge. The instructions of the Privacy Policy apply to every User of the Company’s services, the Company’s website and applications. By entering the website or using the Services, you agree to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Consent to Provide the Information

Therefore, the contract with CloudEdge and the use of its Services and website are conditioned on your consent to the collection of such Information.

CloudEdge collects and processes Personal Information for the following purposes:

- If CloudEdge deems that the provision of the Information is necessary in order to prevent damage to the property and/or the body of other people and/or users and/or any of CloudEdge’s employees and/or any of its customers, or in order to prevent injury or damage to others at its discretion of CloudEdge.
- If CloudEdge has transferred and/or assigned its activity and/or its rights and obligations to third parties, provided that such third parties shall assume the obligations of this Policy in connection with the Information.
The above does not derogate from CloudEdge’s right to transfer to third parties anonymous and/or aggregate information that is not personal and/or that does not identify the data subject by name and /or identity details and directly or reasonably, including anonymizing Personal Information for research and statistics purposes and for the purposes listed above.
Subscription to the Website
By subscribing or leaving details on the website, the User declares that it is expressly authorized to access data and Personal Information under the subscription, including accessing the Personal Information management area, reviewing account status, retrieving invoices and payments, operating the account and lines under the account/subscriber, including executing operations, changing packages and updating personal details in connection with lines and cards under the subscription, etc. The User is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and undertakes to notify CloudEdge immediately of any unauthorized use of the password and/or any other breach of confidentiality. The User bears full and exclusive responsibility for all actions carried out under its username and personal password, including ordering services or canceling them, performing actions or viewing information. Therefore, we recommend the User not to provide the personal password, or any information in connection with the User’s login method, to any other third party.
Please note that any activity within the account on the website, after identification and/or login, including the manner in which the services are used, the characteristics of accessing in the personal areas and/or the services offered therein, the performance of actions and the disclosure of content – is monitored by CloudEdge and documented, for security purposes, maintaining your privacy, preventing fraud and/or preventing actions not being carried out in your name or on your behalf, as well as for the purpose of providing Services, identifying and verifying details, and providing information and services relevant to your needs and by any means by which the service is provided.
It is hereby clarified that the User does not have any legal obligation to provide information as stated above or below, and that the provision of such information depends on his will and consent. However, filling in some of the fields in various registration procedures may be a necessary condition for using certain services or functions, including on or through the website. The User hereby declares and undertakes that any Information provided and/or updated by him within the framework of the services is true, reliable and accurate, and that registration and/or Information will be provided in his name and for himself only and not on behalf of and/or for third parties, except in cases where he has been authorized to do so specifically.
Marketing Messages
CloudEdge may send Service notices, marketing messages, alerts and updates by e-mail or via text messages. Apart from that, subject to the delivery of the contact details and your consent to this, CloudEdge will be entitled to send, from time to time, by e-mail, text messages, or other means of communication, marketing and advertising information, offers for benefits, in accordance with the law.

Duration of Retaining the Information
CloudEdge will keep the Information for the duration of the contract, and for 7 years from the end of the contract (i.e. cancellation of all services and complete cessation of subscription activity). After this period, the Personal Information will be deleted, except for data for which there is justification for retaining for a period exceeding 7 years, at the discretion of CloudEdge (such as defense against legal proceedings).
Contact information entered on landing pages for the purpose of receiving marketing offers or registering for events will be stored in the database and deleted after 90 days.
Information Security
CloudEdge implements information security systems and procedures. While these systems and procedures reduce the risks of unauthorized intrusion into the Company’s systems, they are not completely secure. Therefore, CloudEdge does not guarantee that the services on the website will be absolutely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored therein.
Right to Review the Information, and Request Correction or Deletion if the Information is Incorrect
According to the law, the data subject is entitled to review its Personal Information held in CloudEdge’s database. In addition, if the data subject found that the Information is not correct, complete or updated, the data subject may contact CloudEdge with a request to correct the Information or delete it. If there is a reason to refuse this request, CloudEdge will notify the data subject thereof.
It is the User’s responsibility to notify CloudEdge regarding changes, including changing contact details on behalf of the User. In the absence of an update from the User, CloudEdge will be entitled to rely on the contact information in its systems in order to send messages and updates to the User.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
CloudEdge may change, from time to time, the provisions of this Policy. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you can contact us and request deletion of your Information.
